Product: aluminium billet EN AW6060 T66 alloy (raw material base BC62S2)
Diameter: 92 mm (tolerance + 5.0 /- 0.0 mm)
Length: 450 mm (tolerance +/- 3.0 mm)
Bundle size: max. 60 pieces per bundle
Quantity: 20 metric tons per month
Contract volume: 50 - 100 metric tons per year
Technical specifications: according EN 573-3 and the technical requirements as follows:
Chemical composition
Si: 0.39-0.43   Fe 0.15-0.20 ;  Cu: 1). Raw material is BC62S2 and is used for the production of BS AW-6060.
2). Chemical composition of EN AW-6060 according to BS EN 573-3 and the chemical composition as mentioned in our request for quotation.
3). Homogenisation: Metal temperature = minimum 580 °C / Holding time at metal temperature = minimum 4 hours / Cooling = from the homogenization temperature to 250 °C at 150 – 250 °C per hour. Within one charge the average temperature in the temperature range of 580 °C – 250 °C a deviation of +/- 50 °C between the individual poles or billets is permissible.

Project 3):
Product: aluminium billet EN AW6060 alloy
Diameter: 127 mm (tolerance +/- 1.0 mm)
Length: 550 mm (tolerance +/- 3.0 mm)
Bundle size: max. 60 pieces per bundle
Quantity: 20 metric tons per month
Contract volume: 200 - 300 metric tons per year
Technical specifications: according EN 573-3 and the technical requirements as follows:

1). Raw material is BC62S2 and is used for the production of BS AW-6060.

Aluminium scraps/extrusions in 5083 + 5754 alloy. If you have also other alloys in 5xxx please let us know so that we can inform our customers. Preferably the aluminium scraps shall be bundled to cubes so that a handling with forklifts is more convenient. But please let us know your standard.

Project 5).
100 metric tons per month (1200 metric tons per year)
Aluminium scraps/extrusions in 6082 alloy. If you have also other alloys in 6xxx please let us know so that we can inform our customers. Preferably the aluminium scraps shall be bundled to cubes so that a handling with forklifts is more convenient. But please let us know your standard.

Project 6).
200 - 300 metric tons per month (2400 - 3600 metric tons per year)
Aluminium scraps/extrusions in 6063 alloy. Preferably the aluminium scraps shall be bundled to cubes so that a handling with forklifts is more convenient. But please let us know your Standard.
