China Beijing International Intelligent Manufacturing Equipment Industry Exhibition (Asia Intellect) was initiated in 2005. It is a routine industrial exhibition in the intelligent manufacture field which has attracted 1680 exhibitors from 36 countries and regions including 120 of the Fortune 500 companies and 168,987 professional visitors. Technical Exchange
During the exhibition, the organizing committee will assist the exhibitors to hold technical exchange lectures in the meeting rooms of the exhibition center, the content of the lecture can be determined by the exhibitor. Number of the audience for each lecture is 60-80, which shall be invited by the exhibitor and co-organized by the organizing committee. The subject of the lecture, main content and the name of keynote speaker shall be reported to the committee before 28 April 2018. The number of lectures is limited, and such service will be terminated when all the lectures are booked. Duration of each lecture is 60 minutes and each will cost 30,000.00 CNY.
Charging Standards
I. The standard booth is 9m²(3m×3m), equipped with: the site, three display boards (2.5m high), one Chinese and English signboard, one meeting desk, two chairs, carpet, one 220V socket, and two spotlights. (Note: for booth with two openings, the extra cost is 20%)
II. Empty site (no less than 36 m²); equipped with site, security service, public liability insurance, without any facility

Meeting cost: CNY 3000 for each representative attended the exhibition (for the opening ceremony dinner, meeting documents, lunch and souvenirs, etc.).

Participation procedure

2.applications, enterprises will be within 7 days after the fee (50% or full) into the designated bank account of the organizing committee to determine the booth;
