The Mechanical Division is divided into two workshops: Foundry and Machining. It is equipped with two Japanese Tokyu molding lines and multiple CNC machining devices. The foundry products primarily include precision cast iron components such as brake calipers, brackets, steering knuckles, differential housings, steering gear housings, valve bodies, pulleys, flywheels, hubs, and brake drums. The ductile iron grades range from QT400-18 to QT700-2, while gray iron grades range from HT200 to HT300. The company can produce 30,000 tons of qualified castings annually. The company's main products include precision castings such as caliper bodies, differential housings, reducer housings, rear axle housings, and various other precision castings. 2 Casting Engineers

Requirements: 3+ years of experience, junior college degree

Job Requirements:

1. Familiar with clay sand process;

2. Extensive experience with automotive chassis parts, especially steering gear housings, brackets, clamps, valve bodies, and other brake and hydraulic system components;

3. Extensive experience with horizontal and vertical lines;

4. Technical management of new product development, especially in accordance with APQP requirements;

5. Conduct root cause analysis of non-conforming products on-site and propose corrective actions;

6. Implement cost-saving and efficiency-enhancing management on-site;

7. Improve product qualification rate and yield rate;

8. Proficient in the Five Tools and the IATF 16949 quality management system.
