ⅠDirector of Casting Division (Salary range: 20,000-30,000 RMB)

1. Develop and implement work plans for the production department in accordance with the company's operational management and business objectives, and lead the team to execute them efficiently;

2. Be fully responsible for the daily operational management of the casting production, quality control, and equipment facilities departments to ensure the achievement of safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets;

3. Lead team building and management within the production department, and promote talent development and team capability building within the department;

4. Lead the establishment and improvement of the company’s production management system, enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs, and possess the ability to plan and integrate production;

5. Collaborate closely with departments such as the Technical Department, Quality Management Department, and Procurement Department to ensure the orderly progression of company projects;

6. Perform other tasks assigned by senior management;

Job Requirements

1. Junior college degree or higher in mechanical engineering, casting, or related fields;

2. Proficient in ductile iron casting production processes, including melting and molding techniques (for large wind turbine castings);

3. Proficient in casting industry melting ratios, production line equipment, and on-site management;

4. Familiar with casting production operations and management, with extensive experience in production management, cost control, and quality management;

5. Honest and trustworthy; strong sense of responsibility, dedication, and communication skills;

6. Leadership capabilities, knowledge of production management, and familiarity with production management systems and processes;

II. Casting Engineer (Salary range: 12,000-20,000 RMB)

1. Responsible for the development and formulation of new product casting processes;

2. Responsible for resolving issues with products on-site;

Job Requirements

1. Junior college degree or higher;

2. 8+ years of relevant work experience;

3. Experience with resin sand casting of large components is preferred;

4. Proficient in UG;

Ⅲ. Materials Engineer (Salary Range: 15,000–30,000 RMB)

1. Proficient in the medium-frequency furnace melting process for ductile iron and gray iron, capable of reasonably configuring smelting formulas based on different casting product requirements;

2. Responsible for the formulation and compilation of smelting processes, addressing issues arising during the smelting process, and ensuring the completion of production schedules and plans;

3. Able to effectively manage technical and quality issues during production, implement quality control measures, ensure product quality, and reduce cost consumption;

4. Monitor, inspect, and verify the production process, collect and summarize relevant test data, analyze technical issues during production, propose improvement suggestions, and report regularly;

5. Conduct research and development of new materials;

Job Requirements

1. Familiar with metal material knowledge, forming principles, and control;

2. Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other office software;

Recent master's degree graduates in a related field may be considered for training.

Ⅳ. Furnace Operator (Salary range: 8,000-10,000 RMB)

30-ton furnace, requires knowledge of material mixing, day shift position
