China Productivity Center for Machinery(CPCFM) was founded in 1992, it is a wholly owned subsidiary of the

China Academy of Machinery Science & Technology, which is a large-scale technological enterprise directly

owned by the central government. It is a high-tech enterprise in Beijing Zhong Guan Cun Science Park. It is

one of the demonstrative productivity center which are government mainly supported, it is the first batch of

innovation and development business model in modern service industry, and also the first batch of standard

innovation pilot unit in the Zhong Guan Cun national demonstration zone of independent innovation.

Through more than twenty years developing, CPCFM gradually formed a talented team rich of innovation with

reasonable galvanization structure. More than 90% and above of employees are graduated from universities.

Moreover, about 80 employees have doctorate or master's degree. Among them, there are more than 40

researchers, about 50 senior engineers, and 9 doctor’s and master’s tutors.

CPCFM is undertaking the working of three International Standardization Technical Committee Secretariats,

sixteen National Standardization Technical Committee Secretariats, four National Standardization Technical

Branch Committee Secretariats, four Industry Standardization Technical Committee Secretariats, as well as

eleven organizations of learned society and association. CPCFM is also an exporting technical service center

authorized by Ministry of Commerce, as well as the technical cooperation center between China and South Korea

which authorized by Ministry of Science and Technology.

CPCFM always adheres the principle to “integrity norms, leading technology, high quality service, and the

customer is supreme” quality policy, doing lots of works in development strategy consulting for government

department and enterprise, technology consulting and technical services, research and set the standard,

management system and product certification, product quality supervision and inspection、new technology and

new product research and application, nuclear safety supervision and nuclear equipment inspection, also import

& export of mechanical and electrical products, etc. CPCFM obtained a large number of high technical level and

practical research achievements.
