In 2005, FONDARC CTR-FONDARC established Changzhou Fondarc Green Sand Foundry Machine Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as Fondarc China) with Changzhou Tongli Machinery & Electrical Equipment Manufacture Co., Ltd. Fondarc China is a professional supplier of green sand plant. It is a technology-based company that develops and manufactures sand plant key process equipment and designs casting process.

Thanks to the ROTOCONTROL online sand test and control device, RTM/MXC variable speed sand mixer and RFD sand cooler developed by the company itself, Fondarc has achieved good fame in foundry equipment industry.

Fondarc China is able to provide whole set of advanced key process equipment for sand plant system, and also supply turn-key project of sand plant including design, installation and commissioning. Fondarc China has a strong management team. Currently there are more than 350 employees in the company, among which more than 100 are senior engineers, engineers and senior technicians. A new fabrication center of 60,000m2has already been put into use.

The sand plant key process equipment provided by Fondarc China – RTM sand mixer, RFD sand cooler and RTC online sand test and control device are fabricated completely according to European standard. Those key components are from world famous brand, for example: SEW, NORD reducer; SKF, NSK bearing; wear-resistant welding rod and powder from France Technogenia; imported wear-resistant steel plate; Siemens PLC; Schneider low pressure component, etc. Machining is done by CNC machining center to ensure equipment reliability and accuracy.

The technology is based on European design. Key parts and components are imported or manufactured by foreign-owned enterprise in China, other parts and steel structure are fabricated in China using European engineering technology. Thus, manufacture cost is significantly decreased; meanwhile, spare parts can be supplied in time and service is fast to ensure customer usage.      

At the same time, Fondarc China has brought in process management and control idea of sand plant from Europe, and established service team of molding sand technology and equipment technology to provide sand plant technique support for foundries. Equipment’s operation situation at customer site can be back fed objectively and promptly to support equipment performance improvement.     

Fondarc China is a professional supplier of green sand plant equipment. The annual output value of 2014 is 250 million RMB, 280 million in 2015, and 300 million in 2016.

It has supplied about 200 sand plants for casting industry in China (Changchun FAW, Tianjin FAW, Weichai, JAC, LiuGong, Zhonghang Liyuan, Hengli Hydraulic, Yuci Hydraulic, Yunnei Power, Shifeng Group, YTO, CSR, Changchai, FUWA, etc.)

Especially, Fondarc China supplies equipment for Brembo – the world first brand of automobile brakes: 320t/h sand plant for Brembo Nanjing Foundry; 360t/h sand plant for Brembo North America (two RTM7000 mixers, two RFD160 sand coolers); 330t/h sand plant for Brembo Mexico (two RTM7000 mixers, two RFD160 sand coolers). Besides, it also supplies 150t/h sand plant for MAT Mexico.
