Guangdong Hongtai Technology (holdings) Co., Ltd. (HTPD) is a Joint venture company focuses on the business of manufacturing Al alloy die castings for automobile, telecommunication, escalator and machinery parts. HTPD equips with 37 sets of imported die casting machines (from Italy, Japan and Hongkong). The tonnage covers from 160 to 4,000 tons. All the machines are equipped with automatic feeding, part picking and spraying system. And the temperature controller, cold water control & vacuum system ensure the production precision. We also have the automatic deburing and machining production line. The production capability reaches 15,000 tons of Al die casting parts per year. 23% staff is engineers and technicians.
