Hangzhou Steam Turbine Casting and Forging Co., Ltd. is one of the casting and forging production enterprises in Zhejiang. The company's predecessor was Hangzhou Steam Turbine Co., Ltd., which was established in 1958 and had subordinate workshops for cast steel, cast iron, molds, rough machining, and forging heat treatment. In 2004, it was restructured and established as a joint-stock enterprise controlled by Hangzhou Steam Turbine Co., Ltd. The company currently has more than 380 employees, including 83 management and technical personnel, 5 employees with senior professional titles, 29 technicians, and nearly 200 technical workers. The company has introduced a large number of technical backbones from the former Hangzhou Steam Turbine Co., Ltd. and has over 30 years of rich experience in providing high standard castings to countries such as the United States and Japan. We have developed an annual production capacity of 15000 tons of castings and 20000 tons of forgings.

In order to cooperate with casting and forging production projects and deepen product processing capabilities, the company has hired 7 experts in forging and heat treatment who have previously worked in well-known enterprises to enhance relevant technical strength. Add 18500 square meters of land and construct 33300 square meters of production and auxiliary buildings. The project plans to add one heat treatment and one machining workshop each. The heat treatment workshop will be equipped with 7 well type resistance furnaces, 2 combination hot running resistance furnaces, 3 desktop resistance furnaces, quenching, cooling, lifting systems, etc. At present, the acceptance of 5 well furnaces, quenching, cooling, and lifting systems has been completed. After the completion of the project, it will undertake the annual production of 30000 tons of casting and forging machining and heat treatment tasks.

In terms of heat treatment, the main focus is on the shaft system, with well type resistance furnaces as the main group, and equipped with resistance trolley furnaces, resistance pit furnaces, thermal stability (hot running) testing electric furnaces, and related supporting and auxiliary equipment.

The main product objects of forging heat treatment are: various types of steam turbine rotors (including thermal stability testing) and supporting forgings in steam turbines, blower main shaft forgings, generator main shaft forgings, marine forgings, mining machinery series forgings, etc. for performance heat treatment.

The completion of the third phase project will further deepen our company's product structure vertically. We mainly produce various grades of alloy steel parts, carbon steel parts, alloy cast iron parts and other cast steel parts and forgings. The main products involve power plants (mainly steam turbines), shipbuilding, petrochemicals, mining machinery, metallurgical equipment, compressors, rail transit, water pumps (oil pumps) and other fields. We have cooperated and achieved mutual benefits with many companies such as Hangzhou Steam Turbine, Baoling Heavy Industry, Nanjing Steam Turbine and Electric Machinery, Hebei Rongsheng, Shanghai Chuangli, etc. In terms of foreign trade services, the company has already partnered with GE KSB、 Kawasaki Heavy Industries Dress-rand、 Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Fuji Electric, Siemens and other world-renowned companies have successfully cooperated for many years, providing high-quality castings for steam turbines, ships and other applications.
