The company has a resin sand production line with regeneration capacity of 10 tons/hour, a 10 ton/hour continuous mixed sand machine and a S114 grinding wheel sand mixing machine; core system consists of two Z956 vertical parting hot core box shoot core machine, a ZH600 level sub type hot core box shoot core machine, a Z9406 duplex level type hot core box shoot core machine and a ZH750 automatic double shoot core machine. The company has advanced detection means, a DF-100 type furnace of direct reading spectrograph, a HF-06B type furnace silicon carbon analyzer; a BX12A metallographic analyzer; digital hydraulic universal testing machine (a BE-300B type; a NSP-203R type portable hot metal thermometer,) to ensure the casting quality to reach the domestic advanced level. Processing workshop has 4 CNC machining centers.
