Anhui Quanchai Tianhe Machinery Co., Ltd. is located in Quanjiao Economic Development Zone. The company covers an area of 293 acres, a building area of 90,000 m² of which the main workshop of 60,000 m². The annual output of high strength, thin wall, high quality and high level of diesel engine cylinder block and cylinder head castings is 80,000 tons.

The company’s newly-built casting center consists of croe making, modelling, melting, cleaning and sand treating section.

It applies the world’s leading brands of imported equipment which are brought in from Germany, Spain, the United States, Britain, Denmark, etc. for key processes; and also introduces German hydrostatic level molding line and Spanish cold core box process for the whole line. Its auxiliary processes use domestic first-class equipment to form highly-efficient, high-quality and environmentally friendly casting production lines.
