Inter Foundry, India's fastest growing international exhibition for the ferrous and nonferrous foundry industry, is proud to announce its strategic cooperation with Messe
Düsseldorf - the global organizer of world-renowned trade fairs GIFA, METEC, THERMPROCESS and NEWCAST, collectively known as The Bright World of Metals. This partnership will further elevate Inter Foundry's standing as South Asia's most comprehensive platform for the foundry and metallurgy industry.
The upcoming edition of Inter Foundry will take place from September 10–12, 2026 at the Codissia Trade Fair Complex, Coimbatore, one of India's largest foundry clusters and a hub of industrial excellence. The event will also run alongside Inter DieCast, the international exhibition for die casting technologies, creating a powerful trade fair duo that represents the entire spectrum of foundry and die casting industries.
India – A Rising Foundry Powerhouse
India stands as the third-largest casting producer worldwide, and its rapid economic growth positions the country as one of the most dynamic future markets for the global
foundry sector. With more than 600 foundries in Coimbatore alone and strong industrial linkages to nearby hubs such as Chennai and Bengaluru, the region has emerged as an ideal location for a large-scale international event of this magnitude.
At the 2024 edition, Inter Foundry hosted 220 exhibitors and nearly 8,000 trade visitors across 13,500 sq. mt., showcasing cutting-edge technologies, sustainable materials, and advanced process solutions. Over 88% of exhibitors have already confirmed their participation in the 2026 edition, reflecting strong confidence in the platform. Looking ahead, Inter Foundry 2026 is expected to grow by nearly 40%, covering 18,000 sq. mt. of exhibition space and attracting more than 250 exhibitors and 10,000+ professional visitors from across India and abroad. Concurrent seminars, panel discussions & Castings Zone will further enhance the overall outcome of the event.
