Lvsang has four relatively individual manufacture bases; they are Foundry, Cleaning and Assembly Plant, Machine Shop and Pattern Shop, possessing the advanced facilities of manufacture and inspection in the world. Foundry is one of the earliest joint venture companies after China's reform and opening up. The products are sold all over the world with good reputation home and abroad. Besides iron castings of different materials and specifications, currently it also produces steel castings, brass castings, aluminum castings, etc.
Cleaning and Assembly Plant mainly deal with surface treatment; do assembly, package as well as stock and transportation. It can do many different surface treatments to all different products, like painting, coating, phosphate, electrophoresis, hot zinc plating, plating and so on.
Machine Shop owns over 150 sets of different kind of equipment. It machines not only castings made by our foundry, but also machines different kind of steel parts, brass parts, aluminum parts, etc. The products cover different kind of electric motor parts, valve and pump parts, compressor parts, inspection tools as well as fixtures and patterns.
Pattern Shop is a production department developing very fast in recent years. Relying on our foundry and machine shop's advanced technology, Pattern shop is able to develop and undertake tooling production independently.
