1. The company has established a complete quality management system, passing the quality management system certificate issued by the Beijing Certification Center and the calibration certificate for measuring instruments certified by the Metrology Bureau.

Main testing equipment: For material analysis, we have introduced two American direct-reading spectrometers; Performance testing includes benchtop hardness testers (2 Rockwell, 1 Shore, 1 Brinell), written hardness testers, LCD pendulum impact power testers, universal testing machines, metallographic microscopes, coordinate scanners, and more.　　

3. The quality department is staffed with one senior engineer and eight specialized inspectors, two of whom hold non-destructive testing certificates. Controlling each process from raw material testing, process inspection, front-end inspection, dedicated personnel to full inspection, and factory inspection reduces defects. The production process includes corresponding process operation manuals and equipment maintenance plans, as well as checklists for key control points in each process.　　

4. The company has independent design and development capabilities, adopts advanced design solutions, uses simulation software to simulate the pouring process before new product development, and applies heat treatment simulation software to simulate and verify the heat treatment process;

Haitian Heavy Tools is equipped with six fully automatic melting furnace systems, with a production capacity of 83,000 tons per year. From 2004 to 2020, five molding production lines were successively purchased: the vertical molding DISA production line has an annual capacity of 30,000 tons; The fully automated digital cold core box and shell production line produces 36,000 tons annually, the lost foam production line produces 15,000 tons annually, and the water glass and coated sand production line produces 2,000 tons per year. Haitian Heavy Industry places great emphasis on upgrading heat treatment capacity: tunnel-type heat treatment production lines can reach 25 tons per day; Gas-fired heat treatment furnaces can reach up to 50 tons per day; The trolley-type heat treatment furnace can process 20 tons per day; Other heat treatment capacity is 10 tons/day.
