Jiangsu Wulei Machinery Co., Ltd. is an integrated professional factory located in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province, integrating casting and machining capabilities. Jiangsu Wulei is a member of the China Foundry Association, a high-tech enterprise in Jiangsu Province, and a private technology enterprise in Jiangsu Province. We are certified through ISO9001, ISO45001, and ISO14001.

The company was officially established in 1999. The company currently employs more than 300 people. The factory covers an area of 80,000 square meters. The company has the casting capabilities for gray cast iron, alloy cast iron, and ductile iron. Our products include industrial robot parts, air compressor parts, pump parts, and diesel engine parts. We have an annual production capacity of 35,000 tons of clay sand castings. We provide castings for customers in various industries, with product weights ranging from 1kg to 130kg, and casting dimensions up to 700mm*600mm*500mm. In 2025, new lost foam lines will be added, with sand box dimensions of 1500mm*1200mm*1200mm, and a maximum blank weight of up to 300kg.

Our production equipment includes leading electric furnace melting equipment, automated batching systems, automated molding lines, complete sand processing equipment, and comprehensive testing equipment, ensuring stable and high-quality castings for a wide variety and large volume. In addition to advanced casting equipment, the company owns more than 30 horizontal and vertical machining centers, automated mechanical processing lines, coordinate measuring machines, roughness testers, and various testing devices, forming strong development and comprehensive machining capabilities.

The company has strong new product R&D capabilities and owns a comprehensive technology center. Aiming for international advanced standards, the company widely applies modern design and manufacturing technologies such as CAD/CAPP/CAM to product development and mold manufacturing. At the same time, we widely apply mature pouring simulation software to analyze the casting processes of various types of gray cast iron, alloy cast iron, and ductile iron parts.
