the company was formally organized in 1999. The company employs more than 300 people. The factory covers an area of 80,000 square meters. Our company specializes in manufacturing gray cast iron, alloy cast iron and ductile (spheroidal graphite cast) iron. Our products include industrial robot parts, air compressor parts, pump parts, and diesel engine parts. We have an annual production capacity of 35,000 tons of clay sand castings. We provide castings to customers in different industries. Our product weight ranges from 1kgto 130kg, and The maximum casting size can reach 700mm×600mm×500mm. In 2025, a new lost foam production line will be added with a flask size of 1500mm×1200mm×1200mm, and the maximum weight of rough castings can reach 300kg.

Our production equipment includes advanced electric furnaces, automated batching systems, automated molding lines, complete sets of sand processing equipment, and well-equipped testing facilities, all of which ensure stable production of high-quality castings in multiple varieties and large quantities. In addition to casting equipment, we employ over 30 horizontal and vertical machining centers, multiple automatic mechanical processing lines, three-coordinate measuring systems, surface roughness measuring instruments, and various testing equipment, together contributing to our comprehensive R&D capabilities.

Our comprehensive technology center further bolsters our R&D ability to develop newproducts for clients. With the goal to lead with internationally advanced technology, Wulei applies modern design and manufacturing technologies such as CAD/CAPP/CAM to mold manufacturing. In addition, we utilize high precision pouring simulation software to analyze the casting process of various gray cast iron, alloy cast iron and ductile iron.
