Our company is a designated professional factory for the production of complete sets of blast furnace equipment designated by the former Ministry of Machinery Industry, and a member of the national promotion group for improving melting quality complete sets of technology. The main product, the "New Three Modernizations" series R11 large spacing double-layer air supply blast furnace, is a major scientific and technological achievement of the former Ministry of Machinery. Since the "Eighth Five Year Plan", it has been listed as a national key scientific and technological achievement promotion project, and our company has been designated as a production plant for the key promotion project.

Since 1991, in response to the development needs of the domestic foundry industry, our company has organized melting experts led by Liu Youhua to develop and manufacture external water-cooled long service blast furnaces. We have provided more than 300 sets of 3-30t/h external water-cooled two shift melting blast furnaces to 157 manufacturers including FAW Xichai, Shandong Weichai, Ningbo Riyue, Jiangyin Jixin, Shanxi Huaxiang, and Xi'an Yuyang; We have provided nearly 60 sets of long-term blast furnaces with 5-15t/h external water-cooled continuous melting for more than a week to 35 manufacturers including Wendeng crankshaft factory, Laiyang power machine factory, Yunnei power Co., Ltd., Yuchai machinery Co., Ltd., Hangzhou automobile engine factory, etc., all of which have received high praise from users and taken a gratifying step towards improving China's melting level. On June 28, 2001, the product passed the two evaluations of "scientific and technological achievements" and "new technologies and new products" in Jiangsu Province. In 2002, it was approved as a key promotion project of the Jiangsu Torch Plan, a key promotion project of the National Torch Plan, a high-tech product of Jiangsu Province, and a key new product of the country. It won the second prize of the Municipal Science and Technology Progress Award and the third prize of the China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Progress Award.

Our company adheres to the principle of quality first. As early as 1994, we passed the inspection and acceptance of numerous 3-10t/h blast furnace users by the National Casting and Forging Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. Our products were rated as "first-class products" and were specially awarded the title of "Trustworthy Quality Products in the Casting Industry" with a certificate. In 1996, after passing the inspection and acceptance again, the cupola and the accompanying climbing feeder all passed the "reliability certification of casting machinery" and were issued certificates.
