Founded in 1996, Sichuan Zhongchen Precision Casting Co., Ltd. is located in Chengdu, China. It has a total production area of over 27,000 m2, nearly 400 employees, including over 30 management personnel, 20 professional and technical personnel, and 26 quality control personnel. Our annual production capacity for various precision castings, high-temperature gold castings, steel castings and aluminum alloy castings can reach 10,000 tons. The company has five branches, which mainly provide silica sol casting, sand mold (lost mold) casting, vacuum furnace casting, gypsum aluminum alloy casting, low-pressure\gravity aluminum alloy casting, heat treatment, precision machining and other production processes. The company has over 450 sets of main production equipment and 80 sets of detection equipment, with strong ability in mold design and manufacturing, casting production, and precision machining.
